On the destruction of Hindutva (Political Hinduism)….

Of all the Right Wing ideologies that the world has put forth to date from Hitlerite Fascism, Italian Fascism, Libertarianism, Capitalism, Neoliberalism, Nationalisms in its various flavours, Islamism, none perhaps is more Tragically Comical, and yet extremely resurgent, as Hindutva. From a dialectical perspective, Hindutva is in a constant state of the negation of the negation.

Hindutva’s roots go back to an age of colonialism and the end of the age of Imperialism, ironically which was trigged by the Russian Revolution and Socialism’s spread in the world. Hindutva then tried to carve out a Hindustan but failed due to its own Internal contradictions, not to mention its inability to reconcile primary and secondary contradictions and thus join the bigger anti-Imperialist movement for Independence. One could opine that the ideological l’air de temps meant that the World was done with Right Wing ideology as well post WW2. However, the military dictatorships and the rise of theocratic states, render this argument redundant. The elimination of reactionary potential requires a prolonged period of Socialism and inculcating Social Consciousness.

Skip to the close of the 20^th century and we observe the first political rise of Hindutva into the seat of power via the NDA Govt of Vajpayee. This was a Govt that is barely remembered for anything beyond its corruption, policy gaffes, the comical nature of Vajpayee himself, economic suicide and a brief war. The Hindutva of this Govt was a more liberalised form of the parent fascism. NDA 1 was a “Hindutva Lite” of sorts…. A center-rightist formation. It is worth noting however that from a sociological perspective, this was the first Political expression of the Hindus. This is not to say that Hindus weren’t in power before but rather that another class of Hindus found their political expression finally. The lower castes and classes of Hindus – the more illiterate, backward, village mentality, newly enriched with liberalisation North Indian Hindus found their leader in power. Thus giving credibility to the position that “being a backward villager was a good thing and not a stigma anymore.” It is worth noting that in contrast to most civilised societies in the world, India is the only country in the world that did not destroy its backward, vile, paganism; it rather institutionalised it and promoted it further. It in fact fought back any attempts to improve itself and society more strongly. Hindutva must thus be understood ideologically with the similarity to Islamism – As a Movement against progressiveness, equality, modernism, Western Civilisation, and Modern-People’s Democracy.

Cut to the present day where we see Hindutva having negated its old Center-Right image for a more fluid Rightward stand. Fluid because it has no moorings within an Economic Rightist program and Hindutva is still not Political Economy in the ideological sense – a weakness and an internal contradiction. However, this phase of Hindutva has learned more from Islamism in that it is even more insular, conservative, and even harks back to a medieval period of south Asia. However, it is important to understand some edifices that it is built upon: Hinduism as a monocultural hegemony, North Indianism, Brahminism, Economically to the Right, Anti-intellectualism, Classism and Stateism. Thus, what are antithetical constructs that can destroy this phase of Hindutva?

DravidaNadu and National Liberationism

Dravidanadu is a Liberationist paradigm for the 5 states of South India and those who hail from Dravidian racial identity. Hindu Nationalism is the imposition of a cultural hegemony upon the people. Liberationism is the antithesis to this construct. Dravidanadu as a construct was first envisioned by Periyar as a separate Tamil Nation. The basis of Periyar’s philosophy lies in being Anti-Hindi, Anti-Hindu, and Anti-Brahmin. Dravidanadu thus is one of the most mature ideologies that is a threat and danger to Hindutva. When contrasted with Periyar’s philosophy, Hindutva is just imposing Colonialism again upon the Dravidian races of the South. It calls for the South States to be subservient Economically, Culturally, Linguistically, and Politically to the rule of Delhi. This blatant expression finds a natural revulsion in the South of India, that never integrated into the post-independent monoculture that India was envisioned as. Hindutva thus crumbles horribly in the face of the DravidaNadu Liberation movement. The only response becomes a call for violence, racism, and invoking fake Hindu mythology to bolster arguments. The strength of Dravidanadu is however the very same Liberation and Anti-colonialism that set India free of the British imperial yoke – A people calling for political independence from a foreign power – in this case India.

Caste

Caste is a primary contradiction that Hindutva’s second phase has not been able to resolve. Ideally, as with other Right Wing philosophies, there should only be two ways of resolving this contradiction i.e to integrate the lower castes in the monocultural hegemony or to treat them as the other to be eliminated. The former solution of integration cannot happen because of the vile, individual Hindu’s mindset that has been raised on a cocktail of exclusionism from birth. The latter cannot be done because of the numbers stacked against the upper castes and to a certain extent, the relevance and economic arguments against it. One the other hand, there are the lower castes and the Dalits. The lower castes in Hinduism are like guard dogs of its feudal system – Always guarding it despite being considered nothing more than guard dogs and getting the occasional kick from the masters – the inbred Brahmins. Dalits, in almost similar way, have been taught to be the lowest subhumans of the village paganism called Hinduism. The large mass of Dalits accept that they are nothing more than animals in the Hindu fold and stick to it not knowing why. However, this has constantly been changing since independence and over generations, indoctrination among Dalits to not revolt has died out. Dalits now have nascent Revolutionary potential but the material conditions don’t exist for full scale revolt. This of course is a gift of Liberal politics where a few concessions and freedoms are given to the Dalits to appease them and diffuse the pressure of Revolt.

However, Dalit politics dogmatically and ideologically is a direct attack on the very core of Hinduism itself. It is akin to the Enlightenment and end of the hegemonic power of the Catholic church upon the flock. Additionally, Hinduism requires the ritual torture, rape, mutilation of the weakest Dalit to assuage the blood lust of the middle warrior servant castes of the Brahmins. To thus destroy Hindutva, it is imperative that Dalit, Ambedkarite politics, Dalit Revolutionary zeal, and Dalit Vigilantism must be fostered. The last point holds special significance as history has shown that the servant castes of Brahmins only understand the language of brute force to come to a civilised dialog or to come under the heels of Dalits.

But this is not to assume that all is well among the servant castes either. The pursuit of a Neoliberal economic program has also ensured that Class also cuts into the Caste equations. Thus relegating members of the upper castes to economic misery. This is where it is important to understand the next point – economics.

Economics

Economically, Hindutva has no moorings and will flit and float between any economic paradigm that will keep them afloat for an election. The Hindutva Fountainhead fundamentally believes in a Capitalist paradigm and that the means of production should be in the hands of the few. And the few being decided by the feudal hierarchy. However, where circumstances mandate them to follow a populist paradigm the will veer in that direction as well. All that this proves is that Hindutva hasn’t spent any intellectual capital on economics. This is evident whenever there is a BJP govt in power. Fundamentally, both phases of Hindutva carried on the Neoliberal program of the erstwhile govt without realising the material conditions prevalent – that Neoliberalism is and will always tend to fail.

When the economics thus inevitably fail, the Social program is all that comes to the forefront and this sinks Hindutva into a hole even further because the social program is one that doesn’t not sit well with the business community. There can after all be no business in the middle of a riot – nor a salary for that matter.

One can actually opine that a Keynesian or a Marxist economic approach and polemic is more than enough to present a working model against Hindutva’s economic models.

In terms of soundbytes, the paradigm is simple… “Hindutva cannot survive on an empty stomach”

Feminism and Women’s issues

Hindutva is feudal conservatism towards women. Logically, thus it relies a lot on economic and physical oppression of women. However, in a post-ideological prism and perspective, to not see the role of women in facilitating their own oppression would be remiss. Women have always been fed the narrative under Hindutva, as in all right wing ideologies, that “the other will come to violate you, that is raison d’etre of the other”. Thus you must be protected by a Hindu man and these feminists are part of the conspiracy of the other to violate you. The thread presents itself as its own slippery slope fallacy.

Here we are faced with another problem of the solution itself, which is Liberal Feminism. The current Feminist paradigm today is not the erstwhile Female Liberation movements that sprung forth from Socialist revolutions. Thus the feminism of today is highly susceptible to Reform instead of Revolution. It is therefore important to Radicalise women – to understand that it is time for them to seize power itself and not just to fight for a few allowances and piecemeal reforms.

This strategy then equips the woman to battle her foe from Hindutva. This battle also call upon men to be androgenous and be led by the women destroying the stables and cowsheds of Hindutva.

The Communist Manifesto as it should be applied in India...

The Communist Manifesto was one of the first documents that was released that outlined what a Socialist program would look like Politically and Economically, post - revolution. 

In whichever country that has had a Socialist Revolution, this has been a guiding doctrine and has also been a resounding success until it's implementation was stopped or sabotaged. 

Today, for many of you, this document may seem dated and its application may not make sense. Thus, here is a point by point guide to help you envision what the Communist Manifesto will look like in India.

On assuming office through either Parliamentary democracy or through Revolution, the tasks will be as follows and in no specific order:

The Army and National Security.

1. Secure the Indian Army by removing all reactionary heads of command and replacing them with those of neutral political dispensation.
2. Initiate the process of converting this Colonial legacy of an Army into a People's Army by dissolving all the regiments that are based on Region, Caste, and also removing the Upper Classes from Officer Rank.
3. Add new divisions and responsibilities for the Army. The People's Army will no longer just sit in the barracks and shoot people on command but rather be involved in Infrastructure building, Relief and Restoration operations, and most importantly to de-politicise the Police Forces as well as to train the new Police recruits.
4. Increase the size of the Army and recruit from the mass of unemployed of the country to start these activities that include more soldiers it the Engineering corps and Disaster Relief corps.
5. Military budgets increase and new impetus on local ordinance manufacture and delivery to secure Ammunition and Supply Chains.
6. Immediate withdrawal of the Military from Civilian Policing operations and an end to the use of AFSPA. The Indian Army will NOT fire on Indian Civilians!

Agriculture and Food Security

1. Immediate Collectivisation of Agriculture and the creation of Farming Co-ops. The Revolutionary Party cadre will be essential in administering these co-ops.
2. All arable land will be brought under cultivation of these Co-Ops
3. All Rural peasantry will be employees of these Co-Ops and will have a State Salary with Bonuses that will be given on achievement of the yearly targets of food production.
4. The creation of a Rural Peasant Army that will be trained for engineering works to bring Water, Electricity and Housing to the Rural Populations. One House for every family and dignity for all.
5. No one will be allowed to Own the Land or Purchase land. Land will be allocated equally to every farmer along with Housing and all facilities. Land is the Collective property of the Working Class of India.
6. All Agricultural produce will be bought by the Govt and the Five year plans will mandate an immediate end to Starvation and Malnourishment. Any surplus agricultural produce beyond this can be traded with external countries.
7. Subsequent agricultural plans will also include the cultivation and mass expansion of cash crops that will supplement National Income.

Urban Development

1. Works to begin at every Coastal area to set up desalination plants to ensure 24x7 water supply to all citizens living in Urban clusters.
2. Creation of an Urban Development Works department so that Municipalities carry out works without outsourcing to Private entities. All Urban development works to be carried out by this body only. 
3. Modernise Urban Transport infrastructure in all cities to ensure last mile connectivity for Freight and Passenger traffic. Port and Supply Chain facilities to be upgraded to international quality.
4. Immediate Urban housing projects to ensure that all Urban City Dwellers with proof of address to be given Housing. No more living in Slums, Everyone to live a life of dignity. 
5. Clean cities and Urban Dwellings to be made a fundamental right. No more living in filth and garbage ever again. 
6. Ensure that employment centers are well spread out in the city and not aggregated in one area. Offices and industries to be made closer to areas of living and vice versa.

Revenue and Economics

1. Immediate Collection of all taxes forgone by Industries and Corporations with retrospective effect. Those who do not comply or cannot comply will be nationalised. Private owners' assets to be seized for this if necessary.
2. Progressive Taxation to be applied to all citizens. Anyone earning more than 3-4 lakhs a month to be taxed at 90%. Anyone earning upto 1 lakh a month to pay 5% tax. 
3. Rural income will be taxed like Industrial worker tax.
4. Indirect taxation to be the mainstay of National Income generation much like the single tax regime. 
5. Nationalise all transportation, energy creation and supply, infrastructure building industries. National Security will not be in Private hands.
6. Abolishment of the Stock Market.
7. Institution of Labour reforms to Guarantee a Job for every Indian and minimum wages.

Foreign Policy

1. Formation of a combined trading block that includes all of South Asia, China and Russia.
2. Renegotiate better trade terms with the WTO.
3. Ensure security from American Imperialist wars with the creation of a Warsaw Pact like alliance against America and the West.
4. Renew ties with Iran and the Middle East to ensure energy security.
5. Promote Socialism and Communist party vanguards throughout the South Asian region to ensure stability of rule.

Domestic Policy and Law

1. Constitutional amendments to abolish the first past the post system and opt for Representative democracy of States. State Councils to further ensure representative systems for all marginalised sections to ensure no majoritarian rule.
2. No member of the Bourgeoisie, Religious Groups, or the Military will be allowed to hold political office.
3. No member with a criminal record will be allowed to hold any political office.
4. All members of the Judiciary to be chosen by Judicial College and a Revolutionary People's Law Board. Both are constitutional bodies and not connected with Govt.
5. The Communist Party itself will not be the Revolutionary Govt and no member of the Communist Party can be part of the Govt unless after resignation. Govt is for the People not for Parties.
6. All religious and right wing organisations based on Ideology or Religion to be banned and all their members to be treated as Counter-Revolutionaries. Members with a criminal record will be imprisoned to death. Members without a criminal record to serve in Labour Camps.
7. Religion will be prohibited from Govt and Public space. A new uniform civil code that is secular - Anti-Religion and Atheistic - will be instituted. All religious laws to be immediately terminated and all contracts done under erstwhile religious laws to be diluted.
8.  Places of worship will not be allowed to collect donations. Their upkeep will be supervised by the state, if deemed an important monument.
9. Caste discrimination to be punishable with Labour Camp terms. 
10. Constitutional Amendments to make Employment, Health, Nutrition, Housing and a Right to a life of dignity to be made a fundamental right.
11. Mandatory Unionisation of every member of the Working Class.

Social Changes

1. Abolishing all identity and community specific housing to ensure that all Indians mix, live, eat and die together. 
2. Reinvigorate the Public broadcasting space to ensure that Public broadcasting takes precedence over Private broadcasts. Agenda based media dissemination to end.
3. Education to be made a fundamental right to the highest level possible. All educational infrastructure to be upgraded to soak up every single student.
4. Arts and Culture to be realigned to further the goals of the Revolution and not to pander to Capitalist alienation.
5. Secularise society by the creation of a ministry of Rationalism. This ministry will be tasked with spreading Atheism, destroying old feudal orders, and removing reactionary sentiment from public consciousness.

The importance of a Dalit president

Very shortly, and most likely, India will see a Dalit president occupying the highest seat of power in India but what does this mean? What does it signify for the working masses of India and the non-ruling class. For all useful purposes, nothing at all since the Presidential chair is a rubber stamp in the Indian Parliamentary Bourgeois Democracy. It is not like the outgoing President did anything path breaking and caused a Constitutional crisis by not following the diktats of the elected leader, the Prime Minister. So, the question then is, if this tokenism should even be acknowledged? The answer is resounding in the affirmative and this is because it has to be understood in the following realms of significance.

The Dalit identity and ascent

In an interview to Kafila.org, Dalit ideologue Kancha Ilaiah had proclaimed, though erroneously in retrospect, that Dalits should stand behind Modi if it allows them a direct path into the houses of power. The rationale at that time is that the Liberals and Left parties had ignored Dalits thus far. This is of course correct without a doubt from a tactical perspective. From an ideological perspective, Kancha’s views were akin to stating that Communists must support Fascists to get rid of Liberals. But that is to miss the real point being made; if nothing else, Dalits taking the seat of Power and being in the seat of power. This is important to Dalits. This is especially important to project in light of a Hindu Fascist Govt that does intend to eliminate Dalit consciousness politically and economically. Thus, when the Hindus give the ceremonial post to a Dalit, who is their member, the Good Dalits and Bad Dalits are now separated. A Good Dalit for Hindus is one who is a loyal servant of the Hindus. A good servant can thus be rewarded with these piecemeal measures. A good Dalit can have a good life under the Hindu boots – as long as he looks away from the obvious atrocities the Hindus are religiously obliged to perpetrate upon his ilk. I draw a parallel here to an African American Republican party member for common reference. This is a person who has been “Whitened” from being a Slave because he has accepted his master’s voice as the “Way”. For the mass of common Dalits that are not in the realms of power, this distinction is invisible. The mechanism they see is of a Dalit who has broken through – to hell with the fact that it is by siding with the oppressor; in fact, maybe siding with the oppressor was the way all along? Maybe Ambedkar was wrong? All these points aside, it is still good that a Dalit will be the President because that is one less post that is occupied by a Brahmin. The endeavour should always be to ensure zero representation to and complete oppression politically and economically of Brahmins and their guard dogs the Kshatriya and their sponsors the Vaishyas.

The political angle.

Politically, the BJP has affected a masterstroke. Understand that the BJP knows the “Indian” DNA very well. It understands that the intellectuals’ line of argumentation is that of compulsive antagonism and that of the lumpen proletariat is compulsive obedience to power. The BJP calculated that the opposition would oppose the appointment and thus seize the Dalit narrative and paint the opposition as the Brahmin Elite – and the idiots did fall for it by antagonising compulsively and not objectively. In the backdrop of Sharanpur, this appointment then divorces the BJP from the UP State BJP that will now be seen as one odd cousin in the family. Again… it would be foolish not to notice how the Dalit is preferable to the Muslim for the North Indian Hindus. Thus, in the minds of the lumpen proletariat of Dalits, the Ambedkarite notion of Dalit-Muslim unity has fallen apart.

The Moral of the story

It is simple. The age old Indian Rope trick of fooling the audience continues: A token post, a head of state that is not elected by the masses and a rubber stamp that will only take orders from the inbred Brahmins in the BJP. But that is so much more than even what the Dalit movements themselves have achieved! The mighty orator Jignesh Mevani has spent more time attacking the Communists than attending to the rights of Dalits in Gujarat. Mayawati’s idiotic battle tactics in UP played to the BJP’s communal and caste polarisation tactics. As far as the world can see, the existent Ambedkarite movement is an impotent force that only demonstrates and sings songs at rallies. It has thus fallen into the JNU left trap of theatrics and polemics rather than action on the ground. It is only UP’s Bhim Army that is really providing direction to the Dalit Community but even that will fizzle out unless Armed Struggle against the Brahmin Hegemonic state begins soon.

Most important question is…. Why didn’t opposition come out with a Dalit leader? And thus, the Dalits walk further away from what Ambedkar taught into the chains of the inbred, backward, savarna

On the question of what is to be done with Brahminism….

India is a unique country on the Sociological landscape because it is one of the few countries in the world, along with others in South Asia, that practices institutionalised Feudalism. One of the great mistakes that we as common people make is to assume that Brahminical Feudalism is just simple Racism –  it is not! It is a well-crafted paradigm with its roots in economic enslavement. Before we proceed, it is important to understand economic systems from a Historical perspective.

The first economic systems were what we call Primitive Communism – a system of small groups of people producing and consuming as per their needs only. With increasing social groups, a need for more resources and manpower forced the social groups to start invading and enslaving other groups. Thus, the shift from Primitive Communism to Slavery as the Economic form. The fall of the Roman Empire and the spread of Christianity into Europe made Slavery a crime and inhuman. This is where we see the transition from Slavery to Feudalism – a system in Europe where the church mandated that no land can be owned as it was created by God but the custodians will be the feudal lords and those who work the land, serfs – because God said so the Priestly Class.  What was the difference between Feudalism and Slavery? Only that people could not be bought and sold but their productive output was still owned by their new de facto owners, the Lords.  The French Revolution here changes all this in the most radical way by violently destroying the rule of Kings, Lords and the Church. Thus is ushered in the economic system of Capitalism – where all labour is free to be bought and sold by the seller and buyer’s mutual agreement. We pause at this stage and return to India.

The Indian feudal system is what we call the Caste system today. The four castes: Brahmins (Priests), Kshatriyas (Warriors), Vaishyas (Traders), and Shudras (Laborers). Beyond this were the Ati-Shudras. At the face of it, it looks like just a medieval division of labour but time has shown that it is still a system of Slavery that was enshrined in the Hindu religion sanctified by the Brahmins who called the shots of what the religion was. Logically, one could argue that the Kshatriya would be the caste-in-charge because military power rested with them. This was never to be because of the sway of religion. Hinduism is what Brahmins define it as, not as what the majority decides. And if the Kshatriya had to rule, the people and armies needed the blessing of Religion to enshrine that rule. Thus, despite having Military Might, the warrior class remained servants to the Brahmins – much like a dog remains loyal to its owner despite sharing no equality with him or her. Caste is graded inequality and as you move down the hierarchy you are lower down the order to the point of being untouchable. But Why? Why did the Brahmin mandate this very pointless act? Simple, by degrading a human being, you remove that person’s humanity. By removing the person’s humanity, he is thus a slave and an animal. This is a time tested method used globally, be it the enslavement of Africa or the Nazi holocaust against Jews.

Here we must recall that every Feudal system in the world was destroyed and replaced with Capitalism. Why then did it continue in India? There are many reasons here.

First, there was no violent revolution that seized power – economic, political, and social – from the ruling triad of Brahmins, Warriors and Traders.

Second, the coming of the British was not a social revolution but an Imperialist Economic invasion and the low and subservient Labor suited their Capitalism just fine. Note here that Capitalism freed the European serf but collaborated with Feudalism and Slavery elsewhere in the world seamlessly to continue the legacy economic systems.

Thirdly: The Indian Independence movement, as revolutionary as it was, was not a movement for a complete end to Imperialism and Monarchic rule. Indian Independence simply replaced the British with the Brahmin. This of course was never the objective but the natural consequence of a Indian society that never wanted the end of Feudalism because it suited them not to be equal AND Hinduism blesses it.

Fourth: The Leadership of independent India was not a Socialist leadership – at best it can be defined as a Social Democratic one. What is the difference? A Socialist leadership would have consolidated the masses of India that had fought for India’s independence to further destroy the Hindu Caste System and its hegemony. The Social Democratic leadership by protecting the rights and the rule of the rich Bourgeoisie thus decided that India’s greatest enemy was the Socialists and Communists. Barring some pockets of India, Feudal Social Consciousness prevailed while the Capitalistic Mode of Production was practiced.

One could argue that Capitalism destroyed Feudalism and instituted separation of the church and state in Europe. So perhaps that is what is underway in India today as well? False!

No such change is happening. The change in Europe happened only because the economic and military prowess was seized from the ruling class by a mass revolt. In India, that did not happen so the Brahmins and ruling classes, just converted their Economic wealth into Industry and Property – sanctified as forever theirs by the Indian Republic.

In education, we promote the Brahminical practice of rote learning and not analytical, application based learning, thus creating a population that is still repeating what the Brahmins in power decide that you are good for – case in point, notice how most lower than Brahmin caste captains of industry are all foreign educated?

In Society, marriage is still within the same caste. In housing, people still live in caste based housing. In politics, you will see token to no representation of the working classes and Dalits. Even leaving Hinduism cannot change the stigma of caste as the same rotten system of the Brahmins was so reinforced that it exists there as well.

In summation, Caste, can only be destroyed by seizure of the Economic means of production from the Brahmins and their two servant castes. Here we must also ask whether a simple transition from Caste to a Class based society solves anything as well. Here then we must look at Socialism and Communism to make the final transition from Barbarism to Socialism, from a Society that discriminates based on how much you have to making human intellect and merit the only division, from moving away from the rule of Castes and the Moneyed to the rule of the people….A proletarian democracy!

Flattering as it may be that OpIndia.com has decided to sanctify my Twitter suspension by claiming that I support the murder of 26 CRPF personnel in Chattisgarh, the point that this "Nationalists Anonymous" support group is trying to create a false equivalence between the two events.

Of course, my views on the massacre are indeed controversial but controversial because they require every Indian to question what their tax money is being used for and who it is used to kill.

Some plain and simple facts for the fake Nationalists in the country to ponder upon.

1. Why has the Indian security establishment consistently failed in preventing the murder of its own every six months? How can 3 years of inefficient Intelligence gathering be defended?

2. As I have said before, "No tribal or adivasi reads the Communist Manifesto or the Red Book before picking up the Gun. He and she picks up the gun because of what the State has heaped upon them."

3. Let us not behave like the CRPF and Army are in the Red Corridor on some Halloween Candy quest. They are there TO KILL people. That the Indian Establishment does not give you a weekly body count of who they kill is partly the reason for the singular outrage when they get it back every now and then. This is a war and people on both sides and civilians get killed in War.

4. I and other Indians are not beholden, duty bound, or constitutionally indebted to support the security apparatus of this country blindly. These security personnel have committed many an atrocity from Kunan Pashpora, to AFSPA fake encounters for Bonuses in the North East, Rapes and Molestations of Civilians wherever they are posted.

5. The Hindu Upper Caste love for the army is not because of any Nationalist construct inherently - as would be the case in any other country that has destroyed its Feudal Systems. The love is because the Army protects the Hegemony of the Brahmin, Baniya and their servants - the Kshatriyas.

6. Understand that the Indian army like our Railways is colonial legacy. An Army that is built upon Regionalism, Casteism, and an objective of Protecting the State and not its people. If you doubt that, note how may times the Indian Army is deployed to suppress Indians rather than to engage in external conflict.

7. The Indian Army upholds Brahminical Hegemony structurally by existing to protect the rule of the Brahminical Indian Parliament and its Bourgeois Democracy. It is made up of the Brahmin servant Castes of Rajputs, Marathas, Jats, etc at the Officer level to direct the lower Castes to ensure that the current system is intact at the barrel of a gun.

This is what the Security Establishment is. The Nationalist "Love for the Army" is only because it IS THE CASTE SYSTEM in living glory, the system that the Inbred Brahmin created... that the servant castes believe THEY command.

What is the solution? A People's Army - one that is made up and is commanded by the People of this Country, the Working Classes, the Poor, the Dalits, the Tribals and Adivasis - not the ruling elite. Consider this.... Tomorrow if India goes to War with Pakistan it is on the commands of an unelected President and a Prime Minister who commands only 30% of the popular vote. And in the event of a war, will protect the Ruling Elites, the Rich of this country, the Upper Castes first and the rest of the people later.

This would be an Army and Security Apparatus that Indians can truly respect. Not one commanded by the Colonial force that is Delhi. We need an Army that protects the People - Not the Brahminical system, where Delhi and Business interests supercede the Constitutional Rights of People.

(Of course....make no mistake about the fact that if a Dalit or Adivasi was made the head of the Army, the Hindu Fascist Terror Organisation RSS, would be the first to openly start an Armed Revolt. I would welcome that. So that every member of this group is executed publically like Mussolini was.)

A Farewell to My Comrades...Maybe?

It has been an incredible 24 hours for me because in that time, I have seen Comradeship and the Uniting of the Common people of India that is the edifice of the country and the ethos of Indianness. Communists, Socialists, Social Democrats, Liberal supporters from INC and other parties have all come together to show their dissent against Twitter’s suspension of my handle. Strangely, I even counted one Sanghi!

To bring you up-to-date, a sanghi handle parodying as Arvind Kejriwal reported me for an “offensive” tweet (https://twitter.com/arvindkrajiwal/status/858964009353170946) , which Twitter has acted against stating that it is against policy. I have appealed the suspension now, twice, since there has been no response to the initial request. I have been reported previously for quoting a Sanghi tweet that showed a sensitive image and Twitter apparently found my quoted tweet more vile than the image of a man with his throat cut.

What Twitter stands for and its dubious standards cannot be conclusively said for now. What I can say is that those who work at Twitter are also regular humans like you and I and might be given to their own political biases and pressures of mass reporting. This comes with the Territory; had there been no SM and we were putting our views out there in the real world, we would face Hindutva fascism one way or another.

Without launching into sermons, I just want to say this….

•          I have no regrets for what I have said or done in the past and should I return, I don’t intend to change anything.

•      I have no respect for Sanghis at all and will show them no mercy. In the past 4 years, I have been doxed twice at work by scum like Pradhan, Rita G, Ritu and the entire Radicalised, Army Housewives group (https://twitter.com/RitaG74/status/719738588242378753) . I face constant death threats. My female family members have faced rape threats, daily! Sanghis do this to incite fear in you and make you shut up – that and many of them are naturally low intelligence, lumpen rapists. They are radicalized religious nuts, no different from the Muslim Brotherhood, Klu Klux Klan, etc. This we must all remember and understand.

•         Whether I return or not is immaterial. My aim and objective of being on Twitter is not fame or followers. Since 2013 when I joined, I have considered Twitter a broadcast platform to warn people about the dangers of Hindutva and after 2014 to attempt to ensure people don’t make the same mistake again. If I do not return then it is upto every Non-Hindutva voice here to pick up my gun and continue the fight. This is not about me or any individual, it is about winning your country and constitution back!

•       It is poignant that on May Day, everyone of you the working class people came together in support of me with a hashtag #StandWithDasBolshevik. I never imagined that India would ever come out in such numbers for a Communist – not because of ideological bias but because sometimes you must stand for what is right. I only hope that our party-based political opposition had the same vision, the same vision and drive that gave this country independence from Imperialist Britain.

•       Finally, a message to the Sanghis… Celebrate this victory well for now. You know your own lot and how the same stick you used against me can and will be used against you. Should I come back, only hiding behind a cow can save you, if I do not come back, then where I have fallen a Hundred Others will take my place! Not because they have undying love for a Comrade but for the fact that a Comrade showed them… How to deal with Fascists and Who deals with Fascists best – An avowed, unapologetic, Communist!

To local leaders

In addition to the old duties the following new duties are given. Certain instructions are modified. Teach these to patriots and volunteers. Send your reactions to the head quarters. After imparting these instructions to the members destroy these papers by burning.

1. Intensify activities to gather firearms and gunpowder.

2. To fight against the movements of Muslims and Ambedkarites, win over the SC/ST-s and the backward communities.

3. Propagate the ‘Hindutva’ concept among govt. officers.

4. ‘Hindutva’ concept should be promoted among medical practitioners. Instigate the doctors to use time-barred and fake medicines between SC/ST and Muslim patients. Inject poison into infants, born to SC/ST-s and shudras,npretending blood transfusion, so that they will be made invalids.

5. Arrange to chant the words ‘OM’ and ‘Jai Sreeram’ in places where infants of SC/ST-s and OBC’s are living.

6. Boycott functions, which oppose Hindutva and Brahmanism and pseudo secularism.

7. Instigate and encourage dealers who sell toddy, arrack, narcotics, lottery tickets, and gambling to promote their activities in areas where

SC/ST-s and OBC-s live in concentration. In addition to renovating old temples and building new temples, promote organizing religious functions and pujas in government offices. Plunder the mosques of Muslims and the worship places of non-Hindus.

8. Encourage SC/ST/OBC and Muslim women to practice prostitution.

9. Arrange to damage the physical and mental development of the school going children of the OBC/ST children of the OBC/SC/ST-s specially the children of the Ambedkarites by feeding them food and eatables mixed with poison with the help of teachers, volunteers and food vendors.

10. More and more of OBC/ST children should be admitted in our schools and they should be taught pro-Hindutva history.

11. Speed up instigating riots against Muslims, Ambedkarities and Buddhists. Such riots should be organized in places far away from where our

community people live, using new local gundas. Instigate police and Para-military personnel to attack those who are anti-Hindus.

12. During riots, SC/ST/Muslim women should be gang raped mercilessly, irrespective of your friendship or acquaintance. In this respect follow SuratModel.

13. Continue the work of burying idols and relics near the places of worship of non-Hindus, deep below in the soil, as you have been doing in the past. Approach the headquarters to substantiate that the churches, Muslim mosques and memorials are old Hindu temples.

14. Take initiative to bring out publications opposing Islam and Buddhism. Coin new false stories to substantiate that Ashoka was not a

Buddhist.

15. Anti-Brahmin literature, publications and newsletters or movements of backward communities, Ambedkarites and communists should be destroyed.Continue to oppose entry to such literature in public places and in governmentlibraries. Propagate our literature on Ambedkar between OBC/SC/ST-s.

16. As has been said earlier, let the stagnation of SC-s and ST-scontinue.

17. Distribute in a big way, stickers and Calendars with pictures of Rama and tracts on Rama.

18. Propagate superstitions between OBC/SC/ST-s. For this purpose, continue to avail the services of Sadhus and swamis.

19. Continue to convert Jains, Buddhists and Sikhs to Hinduism. Introduce the worship of Rama in Jain temples. In this work, follow the Patna

model. Report the progress in this matter to the head quarter.

20. We should attack communism, Communists SC/ST-s and shudras.

21. We should continue our rebellion against Mandal Commission commendations.

22. Provoke caste-riots among different caste-groups, particularly between SC/ST-s and OBC-s.

23. Continue to break the statues of Ambedkar.

24. The Chanakya rule should continue.

25. Indiscriminate love marriages should be organized among OBCs and Ambedkarites. We should show our organs to their women. We should kiss them. Weshould arrange screening dirty blue films, and promote use of narcotic drugs by them.

26. Continue mal-nutrition among SC/STs. As stated earlier, poison the toddy and arrack-drunk by them. Continue to poison the food taken by them.

27. We should strengthen our control on newspapers. The ‘Hindutva’concept should be taught to the editors of local newspapers and they should been encouraged to publish articles, opposing Islam, opposing Mandal Commission recommendations, supporting Hinduism and supporting puja of Rama.

28. We should enroll more and more of OBCs/ and ST members in such of the political parties, which support ‘Hindutva’. Before admitting them into these parties, they should be properly screened as usual.

29. We should win over Muslim writers, Muslim religious heads and OBCs who are opposed to Mandal Commission recommendations. We should propagate the concept of pseudo-secularism.

30. Businessmen and Pawnbrokers should work in such a way that the economic progress of non-Hindus is destroyed.

31. Continue to watch the activities of non-Hindus, who oppose “Hindus and Brahmins” and report about them to the head quarters.

32. Continue to kill those who oppose Hindus and Brahmins. As advised earlier, dispose off such dead bodies leaving no evidence of such murders.

33. Let full-moon day (Paurnima) meetings of volunteers continue.

34. Let the‘Whistling’ continue.
